Moving back to SoFlo and finding a place was a daunting task at first. No responses, flaky and questionable responses, bait and switch, or just pompous agents that had no time or care for my needs.... until Nicole & Steve came along. Steve responded to an online inquiry almost immediately over the Thanksgiving weekend and outlined his process and introduced Nicole. Together they listened to my needs and got some listings for me to view and helped align reality of the market and my expectations. They are both super friendly and patient with no pressure ensuring my needs were met. They were communicative and detail oriented answering any questions I had along the way when reviewing documents.
