“Robin and Sally are like the sisters I never had but always wanted--knowledgeable, savvy, sophisticated, ethical, loyal, and caring. My (now sold) property was a bit of a conundrum with its unique structure and repairs that had to be figured into the equation. Robin and Sally navigated everything from listing to sale with competence and ease. They were so patient with my frustrations and concerns. Because I'm a full time teacher, I couldn't be home for a lot of showings--they took care of the showings for me and even cleaned up after my blind, incontinent, senior dog. If you're going to be realistic about selling your home and look at it from a buyer's and bank's perspective, you'll be more likely to sell it in a reasonable amount of time. I had a huge emotional attachment to my home, but I had to put that aside to attain my goal of selling and moving on. Even with repairs and such, I made money on my home--enough for me to get to the next chapter of my life and have money left over.
